Requirements for Program Entry
One Form of Identification
Driver's license or birth certificate or Social Security card or insurance card
No Active Warrants
All warrants must be served from any surrounding county or state
Pass a Drug Screen with the first week
IF you test positive for ANY drug then you must attend an outpatient intensive rehabilitation program.
Employment
You must be able to work full-time and obtain employment within the first 2 weeks
Follow the Program Guidelines
You must attend ALL classes and follow all rules in the handbook
Pay Monthly Program Fee
You must pay a small monthly program fee for yourself and children
